I took this photo on my P30 mobile it has a 100 megapixel camera. I edited the sky and sea in Photoshop for dramatic effect. I think it would make an attractive screensaver don’t you? I intend to gather some more stock photos with my mobile to work with, watch this space.
This image is actually a composite of several images. I took the foreground image with my mobile at Crawfordsburn beach near Bangor Northern Ireland. The sky image was taken separately at a different location and the birds were sourced online. I think it captures the essence of the coast don’t you think? Crawfordsburn beach and forest is a wonderful location for a well-being walk, I often walk my dogs there with a friend. I love the calming feel good vibes as I walk down the beach with the sound of the waves lapping on the shore. This image can be downloaded on the downloads page.
These two images were taken at Crawfordsburn country park. I experience a wonderful sense of well-being whilst walking along the beach and through the forest. I only wish that the park was 20km square and much bigger than it is. Both images can be downloaded on the downloads page.
I’ve called this photo “Forest Bathing”, it was taken in a local woodland near the County Down coast just as the autumn season changed the colours in the forest. I find that walking through woodland with my dogs and friend is fantastic for my well-being. My friend Stephen also walks in his local urban areas but I prefer nice scenery such as the countryside beaches or forests. Personally I think that walking through these environments is by far the most impactful thing I can do for my well-being. You can download the full-size image on the downloads page.
